I lost my device! What now?

If you've lost the device you used to Setup 2-Step Verification, contact us using the Contact link above (or the one below).

We may be able to temporarily reset your 2-Step Verification so you can set it up on another device. 

You'll need to provide sufficient proof that you are who you claim to be - we wouldn't make it trivial for hackers to access your account!
